Key Home Demos in New York City

HLS, NYSE, Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb

Demo #1 - Andrew Baker, CEO - Huntingdon Life Sciences

As Chief Executive Officer and a major personal shareholder of LSR stock, Andrew Baker is one of the key enablers in Huntingdon Life Sciences’ ability to continue to kill 500 animals a day. This is why activists have been gathering at his ritzy multi-million dollar apartment overlooking Central Park at W. 88th Street. A beautiful afternoon saw the sidewalks of Central Park West teeming with pedestrians and dog walkers, many of whom stopped to ready our graphic signs and to see pictures of the most notorious puppy killer in New York City, Andrew Baker. Our voices rang through the neighborhood as we chanted: “500 animals died today, Andrew Baker is to blame”.

Demo #2 - Rachel Robbins, V. P. & General Counsel – NYSE

Activists hiked over to West End Avenue to the apartment building of Rachel Robbins, chief counsel for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). We educated neighbors, most of whom expressed a dislike of their neighbor, Rachel Robbins and they were not at all surprised that the NYSE had welcomed the animal abusers of Huntingdon Life Sciences trading under the symbol LSR. One woman volunteered her time to work with the campaign to educate the employees of the NYSE. Must suck to be with an immoral company that allows financially strapped and ethically bankrupt companies like LSR to trade on the open market. Sadly, the investors will soon find out what a bad investment decision it was to get in bed with LSR as well. “we’ll be back, Rachel Robbins….and back…..and back….and back again.”

Demo #3 - Dorothy Watson – General Counsel – Novartis

Dorothy Watson of Novartis recently moved from her long time residence in the Chelsea area to the Upper West Side luxury building, The Alexandria at W. 77th Street and Broadway. Dorothy specifically asked her Chelsea neighbors not to tell activists that she had moved. We guess she was hoping that we would continue our protests at her old building. This was our fourth protest at her new location and each time we are there we are amazed at the number of sympathetic neighbors, shoppers, street fair people and dog walkers stop to chat with us. All leave with flyers detailing the customer relationship between HLS and Novartis and an understanding that Novartis pays money for HLS to kill animals. They also leave with a full list of Novartis prescription and over-the-counter products.

Demo #4 - Lamberto Andreotti, Bristol-Myers Squibb – President – Worldwide Pharmaceuticals

Key drug pusher with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Lamberto Andreotti lives in a prestigious building (Madonna also lives in this building….we are hoping to get to see her some day so we can share with her our feelings about her full length chinchilla coat….”talk about killer fashion”; just blocks away from Lincoln Center. Great location! Throngs of pedestrians, double decker tour buses running along Central Park West and many compassionate animal loving New Yorkers. Tough week for Lamberto with angry activists at his door and Bristol-Myers Squibb pleading guilty to two criminal charges in Federal District Court in Washington, DC later in the week. Collusion with puppy killers at HLS and lying to the US government in an attempt to keep one of those “life saving” drugs from the people who supposedly need them….my, my, my…..what a tangled web we weave…..”
